Welcome to my practice! I have been helping a diversity of clients grow and thrive for 20+ years. Whether you are struggling with depression, trauma, relationship issues, chemical use, climate anxiety or political/social issues I will support you and help you understand how to navigate through your pain. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ clients, people of color, people on low incomes, artists and writers, college students and elders. I try to minimize the cost of therapy by working with most insurance companies and offering a sliding scale to those without insurance.
