I’m a queer, nonbinary, Colombian-American therapist licensed in NY, NJ, PA, FL & VT. I believe in the power of the therapeutic alliance, aiming to create a warm, compassionate, & affirming container. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, & holistic. My background in community herbalism, nightlife, contemplative practice, & creative expression offers a wealth of experiential knowledge that shapes my integrative approach as a therapist. I draw on mindfulness, somatic, & relational approaches to support clients navigating the impacts of trauma, systemic oppression, relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, shame, stressors, & other challenges. I specialize in working queer & trans adults, sexual trauma survivors, BIPOC/PoGM, spirituality, & psychedelics.
