My approach is not just “talk therapy,” but also experiential, using the body and imagination as guides to change and transform. I have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, issues with self-esteem, non-monogamy, and LGBTQ+ populations - both individuals and couples. Additionally, I specialize in couples counseling with training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. Perhaps you feel stuck and unhappy in your relationship or want to maximize its potential. I help couples identify their negative patterns, unearth underlying triggers and wounds, and examine expectations.
