I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and families navigating emotional, relational, and life challenges. I believe healing happens best in spaces where people feel safe, understood, and free from judgment. A central focus of my work is supporting children and teens as they grow, build emotional awareness, and develop the skills they need to thrive at home, in school, and in their relationships. I partner closely with families to better understand the environments surrounding a child including school settings to support healthy developmental and emotional wellbeing.
