I work from a trauma-informed, systemic perspective, creating a safe supportive environment to allow for growth and change. I believe that clients have the power to heal themselves but can get stuck by past trauma and have difficulty accessing their own inner strength. I am here to help you access your own natural resources to navigate difficult times. I want to get you to your goals as quickly as possible and am happy to work short-term or long-term. My clients generally have relationship or family conflicts, PTSD, anxiety, behavioral issues or mood disorders.
