Within therapy, I will aim to meet you where you are, developing an understanding of your strengths, struggles, and goals. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and seek to develop trust by creating an affirming and validating space that supports your healing. Within therapy, I will support you in deepening your understanding of yourself, building more self-compassion, strengthening your sense of connectedness (to yourself and others), and developing your sense of self-efficacy. I seek to support you not only in changing behaviors, but in better understanding the function of these behaviors and find deeper healing. I am passionate about improving access to quality mental health care and have a particular interest in serving individuals who hold marginalized and minoritized identities (e.g., LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC).
