We are a practice of therapists with specialized training in trauma work and have worked with people struggling with a variety of symptoms including PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger issues, relationship issues, and others. We also have specialized training as a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner to help incorporate healthy nutrition for physical and mental health. Clients are happy to learn they can heal from trauma, restoring hope, self-esteem, self-care, energy, peace, intimacy, and health.
