Whether you’re overwhelmed by daily demands, feeling stuck in cycles of burnout, or navigating the social and emotional ups and downs of being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world—I get it. Together, we’ll figure out what works for you, using a collaborative, compassionate approach grounded in evidence-based strategies and lots of curiosity. I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, autism, OCD, and anxiety.
