My expertise as a therapist, trainer, and supervisor has shown me that deep and lasting change is absolutely possible with guidance, caring, and courage. I learn new skills every year to help you to heal from anxiety, difficult and traumatic experiences and also in parenting challenges with your child and teenager. I offer an integrative, playful approach that includes expressive therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and body based stress management techniques.
