My belief and intention in providing therapy is to collaboratively work with individuals to meet their unique needs and to develop a healthy and positive sense of self in order to accomplish personal goals. I also believe the therapeutic process is most effective when a strong therapeutic relationship is established; therefore, I provide an empathic, supportive, open, direct, and nonjudgmental environment with some humor mixed in when appropriate.
