I believe that the foundation of life starts with our family relationships. From the time we are young, our interactions with others create our beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. These early childhood experiences help develop our personality and outlook on life. As we grow, it is important for us to keep in mind where we come from, who we are, and what we want in our future. I specialize in providing therapy for adults, couples, adolescents, and families. I work with each person to promote insight, self-awareness, and empowerment as we build coping skills, heal trauma, identify issues, and improve relationships with others. I am passionate about helping clients identify the "root cause" of their struggles.
