My practice is grounded in curiosity, connection, and compassion. I work with a diverse range of clients and diagnoses, and I have a particular passion for supporting queer and trans individuals. At the heart of my work is attunement, the process of noticing and understanding what happens within and between us. I view therapy as a collaborative space for insight, growth, and transformation, especially for those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. I hold an anti-oppressive and affirming lens, honoring the many intersecting identities and experiences that shape each person.
