Even those who are optimistic and resilient have difficult times that are overwhelming. We all face challenges at times that can be insurmountable. My therapeutic approach encourages you to identify how your thoughts affect your feelings, it assists people see how their past impacts their present and future, and assists in developing the skills needed to overcome mental health discomfort My approach is solution focused. My role as a therapist is to help you sort through the mess you find yourself in and focus on your strengths to help you overcome your weaknesses.
