There are times in life when you realize you’ve drifted away from yourself. Maybe you’ve been taking care of everyone else first. Maybe you’ve been moving so quickly that you haven’t had a moment to check in with how you are actually doing. It’s easy to wonder if life is supposed to feel different—more connected, more manageable, maybe even a little lighter. In my work, I create a space where you can slow down and actually hear yourself again. We start with whatever you’re carrying—stress, grief, a transition you didn’t expect, or patterns that keep pulling you back into the same place. I listen, we sort through things together, and we figure out what feels meaningful and doable for you.
