Hi my name is Skip Loehr. My work is grounded in a deep belief in the healing power of human connection. My therapeutic approach is influenced by my training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT), Jungian Sandplay, and Attachment Theory. I approach therapy with the belief that healing is relational and that we are deeply interconnected with our relationships, communities, systems, and environments.
