If you are in emotional pain, I believe that I have lots of tools that we can utilize to help you overcome whatever it is you are dealing with. You don't have to handle your problems alone. As a psychotherapist I have been trained in numerous trauma informed techniques. My goal is to get you out of pain as soon as possible then we can work together to identify underlying causes contributing to your distress. I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place without fear of judgment.
