Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and one that you don’t have to take alone. My role as your therapist is to support and empower you by providing the tools you need to navigate change and foster growth. I take an integrative, person-centered, and collaborative approach working alongside you as a partner on your journey towards well-being. My experience working in community mental health, and as a school social worker has enabled me to be adaptive and responsive to the unique needs of each individual with a foundation rooted in empathy and compassion.
