About You: Maybe you've tried talk therapy before and it feels like something is missing. You've heard that your body holds the answers to healing and you are interested in learning how to access that. You want to integrate your mind and body so they work together as one rather than at odds with each other. You want to get curious and compassionate towards what you have used to protect you. You have felt blamed for your pain. You want to be imaginative, play, move, create art, and make noise during therapy. You are trans and you want to come home to your body. You want to access rage, sorrow, and joy while still feeling like you. About Me: I believe that the United States psychiatric system prioritizes privilege while causing harm to any who experience marginalization. To recenter the voices of those harmed, I refuse to view myself as a prescriptive force. I am collaborative with you in all things including diagnosis, note taking, and session content.
