It takes a tremendous amount of courage to seek out services and I commend you for making it this far! Together, we can work to increase awareness of current stressors, learn how your past experiences have shaped who you are today, and to more efficiently cope with the emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that often contribute to feeling distress.
