If you're exhausted from holding it all together, in a constant cycle of worry or maybe you just need someone to call you out on your mess, I am here, showing up as my true authentic messy self letting you know It's ok to not have life all figured out. Using DBT as my main therapeutic modality, I am able to provide clients with practical tools and strategies that apply to real life scenarios. I offer a compassionate and safe space rooted in trauma-informed care that focuses on empowering clients to heal from past experiences while building resilience in the face of adversity. One of my particular interests is helping clients navigate hustle culture that glorifies constant intense effort as the primary path to success. I want to help change this social attitude as there have been more individuals sacrificing personal wellbeing and leisure to the point of burnout.
