No one likes to feel vulnerable, broken, lost, or overwhelmed; however, many of us spend more time than we would like that way. That is when we arrive at the crossroads of status quo and making a change. When you are ready for change, I am here to help. Therapy is about confronting the things that make life challenging and changing the rules. I remember a time when I needed help and I didn’t know where to turn; getting through those experiences defined me and motivated me to want to help others who could use a helping hand. As a team, we can work together to not just work through those moments but to thrive moving forward.
