My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic, focused on supporting you as a whole person, not just your struggles. Together, we can create a safe space where you explore your concerns, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward growth. I work with adults and young adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, spirituality, and life transitions. Healing involves the mind, body, and heart, and I’ll help you uncover strengths, build coping skills, and move toward well-being.
