Asking for help can sometimes feel overwhelming. As a client-centered and strengths-based clinician, it is my goal to make that process feel comfortable and safe. I believe that the client is the expert and I am a resource to help guide and process challenging life experiences and uncover new skills to manage those stressors. I especially enjoy supporting people in their early 20s as they move through life transitions, work through anxiety, and build their self-esteem.
