At Soft Edge Counseling, we believe in creating a genuinely supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are, feeling seen and understood. Our approach combines a holistic perspective with research-supported therapeutic techniques. We utilize evidence-based techniques such as aspects of DBT, CBT, attachment theory, and somatic practices and we deliver them in a way that feels conversational and connected. We offer EMDR to address trauma. Our counselors are experienced in supporting those facing anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and other adjustment issues. We also have a special interest in supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community.
