Softly Seen. It's in the name. A nurturing space for all parts of your human experience (the vulnerable ones, the ones hidden in shadow, the ones that shine bright, the ones you're afraid of, and the ones that hold hurt/stories/wisdom from your past) to be seen, held, and invited into the Light with softness and empathy for the sake of profound healing. I would be honored to invite you into this space and hold you in warm, authentic presence while you engage with your story more deeply. Clients that tend to find me the best fit are folks with attachment traumas, complex PTSD, anxiety, and perfectionism/people-pleasing tendencies.
