About
I work with teens and adults (14+) who are ready for change but feel weighed down or stuck. My clients are often women, people of color, and LGBTQ individuals who are high-achieving but put immense pressure on themselves, whether at work, in relationships, or both, and are struggling with anxiety or depression. I especially love working with those seeking greater confidence, or arelearning how to set boundaries and prioritize themselves. My specialty is people struggling with ADD/ADHD. At the heart of my work is helping people find their voice; and learning how to use it in ways that feel authentic, powerful, and heard. In therapy, you’ll find a safe, nonjudgmental space to set down the weight you’ve been carrying (yes, even the invisible backpack of expectations). My approach is multicultural, collaborative, and strengths-based. Together we’ll unpack the pressure, build usable tools, and create a path that feels lighter and authentic.
