Sojourn Counseling Group is a group therapy practice providing psychotherapy services to Minnesota and Nevada. Our practitioners have diverse training and expertise in many modalities and speciality areas, and we take both an integrative and holistic approach to mental health. As therapists, we work closely with individuals, couples, and families of diverse backgrounds, helping them reach greater levels of satisfaction in all areas of life. Common issues we address include: mood related concerns, relational and identity issues, trauma, adjustment to life transitions, addition and recovery and eating disorders.
