My treatment approach is collaborative working with clients to discover the most helpful ways to talk about and solve their problems. I employ a Narrative and Solution Focus approach where the client is the expert on their experiences and my role is to guide through questions, suggestions and specific practices. The goal is to support you as you reconnect to your values, skills and preferences in life including people you consider family and community. We will decide if individual, couples or family therapy is best for you. You can invite others to treatment. I also collaborate with other professionals to support you and your family.
