I’m S. Aliscia Heard, MEd, LPC-S, TF-CBT Rostered, and I specialize in helping adults of all ages who have experienced complex trauma. Many of my clients come to counseling feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burdened by the long-lasting effects of repeated or prolonged trauma. They want relief from anxiety, depression, and emotional distress, and they want to feel safe, empowered, and capable of moving forward in their lives. I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can share your story without judgment. Using evidence-based approaches such as Trauma-Focused CBT, CBT, EMDR, and Brainspotting, I help you process traumatic experiences, develop coping strategies, and rebuild a sense of safety, control, and resilience.
