Are you ready to deepen compassion in your relationship? Are you tired of miscommunication and distance with your partner(s)? We holistically and systemically approach couples work (monogamous and non-monogamous) and take time to process all aspects that affect the relational bond. Our main focus is to take time and slowdown in session, addressing aspects related to ADHD/ASD, mixed identities, family dynamics, pre-marital issues, attachment styles, & other LGBTQIA+ identities. Together, I hope to foster a strong therapeutic bond to promote safety in processing relational issues for optimal therapeutic healing.
