As a mental health advocate, I believe that people are resilient, capable, and empowering humans. Sometimes life creates this "stuckness" that can get in the way of relationships, goals, and an authentic relationship with the self. It takes courage to ask for help, and I am happy that you are here. I'm Soma and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I work with adults and teens struggling with perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
