Much of the work involves reconnecting with your Self in a deeper way—like recalibrating your inner compass—so you can move through life with more choice, clarity, and ease. I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Level 3 certified Internal Family Systems therapist, Aasect Certified Sex Therapist, certified EMDR therapist, and certified NARM therapist. I also hold a Somatic Sex Therapy Certificate. In addition to therapy, I offer clinical supervision for LLPCs for 50$.
