SPIRITUALITY + THE NERVOUS SYSTEM | I take a mind-body-spirit approach to therapy. I believe we all have the innate capacity for healing, and by following the body's cues, it will show us how to do just that. I like to work with the nervous system: through big-T Traumas a little-t traumas, many of us are not as regulated as we could be. Reasons to work with me may include depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship difficulties, spiritual emergency, insomnia, trauma, autoimmune issues, self-esteem, clarity of purpose, and deepening connection to yourself.
