I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Based-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TB-CBT) to counsel children/adolescents adults, families, and couples working with diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, stress, trauma/abuse (physical and sexual), domestic violence, grief /loss, relationship difficulties, and parenting/family concerns. I provide parenting training, mental health and substance abuse treatment.
