Or are you a parent navigating emotional or behavioral challenges with your child, feeling burnt out and unsure how to support them and cope? I help bridge relational gaps with couples/parents/families and help break out of painful cycles, address mental health challenges, attachment wounds, improve communication and bonding. For parents of especially of ages 0–7, I provide specialized support through Child-Parent Psychotherapy helping increase and strengthen the parent-child bond that help the child's emotional regulation.
