Finding the right therapist is a crucial part in initiating change. I have been practicing therapy with individuals and families for over 15 years and am committed to offering my clients a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to help clients develop the self-awareness, self-confidence and skills necessary to make positive changes in their lives. Together we will tailor a treatment that is both comprehensive and responsive to your needs. I utilize CBT, DBT and mindfulness training in my practice and tailor my interventions to best suit each individual.
