Sonia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she brings compassionate care to her practice and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a highly effective approach for processing trauma. Before opening her private practice, Sonia worked extensively with individuals and families from all walks of life—in both home and outpatient settings—gaining deep insight into the unique challenges people face.
