My name is Sonia Vasquez, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I am a client-centered therapist and focus on my client's strengths. Typically, I have been able to assist clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, family and/or work conflicts, end of life, and chronic illness. In the past 5-10 years I have worked with adults whose ages range from 18 - 90, transitional-age youth, adults, and older adults needing support through life changes, chronic illness, and end-of-life. I utilize a strengths-based/client-centered approach and incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy.
