My name is Sonya Antoine. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, also Nationally Certified. I am licensed in Louisiana and Texas. I offer sessions via Telehealth. I counsel from a cognitive behavioral therapeutic approach. This approach supports my passion for helping others overcome negative thoughts (beliefs), patterns, and/or behaviors. Because I know the needs of clients can be different, I also utilize other approaches such as Mindfulness, DBT, and TF-CBT.
