I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege and Pastoral Counselor committed in guiding transformation and life fulfillment. My therapeutic focus is on creating a safe and connective environment in which adolescents, adults, couples, and families increase hope, awareness, and reparation. I utilize a dynamic approach in therapy, incorporating theoretical interventions within Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion Regulation Therapy (ERT).
