I am a licensed therapist and artist. I work with clients to cultivate self-knowledge and acceptance, so they can create and sustain deeper relationships with others. I also have a background in art education, having led art classes and workshops for children, adolescents, and adults. I’ve done extensive work supporting clients in community living for those with serious mental illness—helping them move through grief, navigate complex trauma, and repair relationships.
