As a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish), my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself openly and feel truly valued. Life brings challenges - whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use, or major life transitions - but you don’t have to face them alone. Together, we’ll work through these obstacles and build the tools you need to create meaningful, lasting change.
