As the owner/director of A New Season Counseling, Coaching, and Consulting Services LLC, I work with a team of Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns to practice our tagline, "teaching skills for healthy living." Clients blossom the best under our care when they are willing to take the journey to the next best self by unlearning some old habits and mindsets and learning a whole new way of being in whatever area of life is not thriving. For over the past 35 years, we have accumulated experience in the fields of education, substance abuse prevention, HIV prevention/care, and mental health treatment, with a focus on trauma recovery and self-care.
