Prior to working as a therapist, I studied comparative literature in college and worked as a copywriter in the advertising industry, discovering, creating, and sharing “stories”. I was drawn to therapy as an occupation, having learned that psychotherapy, essentially, is a process of storytelling. As a therapist, I strive to empower and support my clients in their journey of uncovering and re-arranging their thoughts and feelings to create a coherent and empowering narrative of their lives.
