Welcome, my name is Sophia and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a commitment in assisting you in your healing journey. Prior to becoming a therapist, I studied dance for 25 years. While I was receiving my BFA in Dance Performance at Chapman University, I realized I wanted to use dance as a means to help people. After graduating from Chapman University, I received my Master of Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles. I have fallen in love with being a therapist and am passionate about incorporating movement/mindfulness interventions in my work.
