Is your child or teen feeling overwhelmed, anxious, irritable, or withdrawn? Are they struggling with school stress, big emotions, changing relationships, or a loss of confidence? Growing up today comes with unique pressures, and many youths are carrying more than they know how to express. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where young people can feel seen, heard, and understood. In therapy, we work together to explore what’s feeling heavy, build emotional awareness, and develop practical tools for coping with stress, anxiety, and mood challenges.
