About
I am accepting new child, adolescent and adult patients. As a therapist, I take a warm, relational, and process-oriented approach to treatment. My style is informed by psychodynamic therapy, as well as trauma-informed, mentalization-based, and attachment-based approaches, helping you gain insight into yourself, your relationships and emotional patterns - including how past experiences shape present ones. I work with adults and young adults, as well as adolescents, children and families navigating anxiety, depression, transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, work stress, family dynamics and other life stressors. I am a New York State Licensed Psychologist with doctoral training from Fordham University and a master's degree from The New School. I work with adults, children, adolescents, and families at Lifespan Therapists of Brooklyn.
