I believe that the therapeutic relationship can be a vehicle for deep insight and transformation. I work with adults and adolescents with anxiety disorders, who are processing trauma, or who simply want to explore their full potential. I have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. When appropriate, I integrate core features of I-CBT and Dr. Michael Greenberg's approach, RF-ERP, for the treatment of mental compulsions. I take expert care in helping my clients understand their OCD and overcome their most debilitating fears.
