I ground my therapeutic approach in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). EFT helps identify and reshape emotional patterns, while AEDP creates a safe, nurturing environment for emotional healing and self-compassion.
