Welcome! I am a music psychotherapist and creative arts therapist with experience working in both inpatient psychiatry and private practice with individual clients. Patients come to me to work through a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship challenges. Though my work as a therapist is grounded in the creative arts modalities, many of my patients come to me for traditional talk therapy. My therapeutic toolbox is broad and we will work together to find an approach that best suits you.
